Aslı ŞAHİN KARAKAYA

Attorney Aslı Şahin Karakaya was born in 1980 in Sinop. She graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2002 and has been practicing law for over 20 years at her law office in Küçükçekmece, Istanbul.

In 2014, she earned the title of expert mediator and has been providing mediation services for companies and government cases for 11 years, successfully resolving numerous disputes before reaching litigation.

She has held various roles in SİYAD and KASTOB, and continues to offer reliable legal services to her clients, particularly in Criminal Law, Family Law, Civil Law, and Divorce Cases.

Attorney Aslı Şahin Karakaya was born in 1980 in Sinop. She is married and the mother of two children. She completed her education at Marmara University Faculty of Law with outstanding success and graduated in 2002. Following her legal internship, she established her own law office in Küçükçekmece, Istanbul, where she began practicing as an independent attorney and has since gained over 20 years of professional experience.

In 2014, after completing her education at Aydın University and successfully passing the required examinations, she earned the title of Certified Mediator and has been actively engaged in mediation for 11 years. She provides voluntary mediation services to well-known companies operating in various sectors, while also successfully carrying out mandatory mediation duties in state-assigned cases. Thanks to the agreements reached in numerous cases, many disputes have been resolved without being brought before the courts.

Actively involved in civil society as well, Attorney Aslı Şahin Karakaya has served as Head of the Women’s Branch, General Secretary, and Vice President within SİYAD and KASTOB.

Through the law office she founded, she continues to provide professional and reliable legal services to her clients in many fields of law, particularly in Criminal Law, Family Law, Civil Law, and Divorce Cases.
